kids’ class

At Blu Corner Boxing, our kids' class is designed for children ages 6 to 12. Not only will your child learn the fundamentals of boxing, such as proper stance, footwork, punching mechanics, and defensive head movement, but they’ll also develop essential life skills. Kids here understand the importance of hard work, perserverance, and respect. With each jab and cross, they develop the confidence to stand up against bullies and the social skills to create friendships that last. Through fun games and technical drills our young boxers are equipped with the skills to overcome all of life’s challenges. Join us as we empower the next generation with what’s needed both inside and outside the ring.

Youth classes

Boys and girls from ages 12 to 17 are welcomed to our youth class. Whether they are beginners or have already gone through our kids’ program, we continue the same goal: develop their technical boxing abilities and nurture their personal development. These young men and women have more expected out of them in this program. Skill development is taken seriously while still harnessing the fun environment that was present in the kids’ classes. Through engaging instruction these teens go through bag work, partner drills, and light sparring. Please join us here to foster the champions of the future!

Adult classes

Here at Blu Corner, boxing is for everyone! Whether you are young or old, beginner or advanced we have the team to aid you in your personal boxing journey. Classes start with a light warmup to decrease risk of injury and get the body and mind ready for drills. Drills consist of combinations on our punching bags and with partners. Classes end with light touch sparring to test what was taught during the drilling portion. Our classes are known to aid in weight loss and to keep those practicing in shape. Those that are looking for a higher pace and more rapid skill improvement should know that this adult program has produced several boxers that are making names for themselves in amateur and professional fights and are competing regularly. Those looking for a fun way to stay in shape should remember this class is all levels and that every skill level will be accommodated for from beginner to professional.
